การตกลงว่าจ้างคอมมิชชั่น ย่อมถือได้ว่าท่านได้อ่าน ยินยอม และตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ หรือในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่อาจมีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมในอนาคตทุกประการ

• ผลงานทุกชิ้นจะถูกนำส่งผ่านช่องทาง E-mail หรือ Google drive เป็นหลัก ในกรณีที่อยากให้นำส่งผ่านช่องทางอื่นๆ สามารถแจ้งได้ผลงานจะเป็นไฟล์มาตรฐาน .png เป็นหลัก
• ในกรณีที่ต้องการไฟล์ .jpg หรือ .pdf สามารถแจ้งได้ แต่หากต้องการไฟล์ดิบ เช่น .psd .procreate สามารถสอบถามเพิ่มเติมในการขอไฟล์ดังกล่าวก่อนเพื่อให้ได้รับความยินยอมอย่างเป็นทางการจากเรานะคะ (เช่น กรณีที่อยากนำผลงานไปศึกษาต่อ , การเปิดปิดเลเยอร์เอเลเม้นต์ในงาน แต่หากต้องการนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์อาจจะต้องเป็นอีกราคา/ไม่ได้รับการอนุญาต ขึ้นกับเงื่อนไขที่พูดคุยตกลงกัน)

- งานที่มีเนื้อหาส่อไปถึงการมีความรักหรือมีสัมพันธ์กับคนในครอบครัว พี่น้อง พ่อลูก แม่ลูก น้าหลาน ฯลฯหมายเหตุ : หากไม่แน่ใจ สามารถสอบถามได้ตลอดเลยนะคะ

The following terms and Conditions are Commissions provided by the Artist.
Commissioning the Artist will indicate acceptance by you of all the following Terms of Service, including changes or modification of such terms and conditions in the future.

• Commissions are all digital goods, unless otherwise agreed in the Commission Agreement.
• Complete work is delivered electronically via an online download location in .PNG format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .procreate), unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement, or thereafter, the Client obtains written permission from the Artist.

The Artist does provide any service for
- Original Character
- Fandom (Golden Kamuy, Haikyuu, Tokyo Revengers, Project Sekai, Vocaloid etc.)
- BL / Gl / HL
- NSFW (blood, Little gore, Skeletons, bones, insects, the dead, ghost, 18+, explicit sex, some violence might ok ; please ask me for more informations)The Artist does not provide any service for
- Ahegao
- Realism
- AI (neither for AI training purpose nor related)
- NFT
- Racist content
